Extra-virgin olive oil

Over the decades, and due to the qualities of the soils in our area, different varieties of olives have been cultivated. Picual olives, royal olives, arbequina olives, cornicabra olives, among others. These are some of those we obtain monovarietal extra-virgin olive oil or coupage. The most characteristic variety of our region is Manzanilla/Cuquillo, which provides a fine and very characteristic flavour.

In our oil mill in Jumilla, we take special care in the production of extra-virgin olive oil. Every step is a testament for our commitment to quality and tradition.

The process begins with receiving the olives. From there, a careful selection of the product is carried out and its subsequent grinding and cold extraction of the olive oil, thus preserving all its natural properties. Then, the oil is stored in tanks, ensuring the best conservation for its later packaging.
