In 2014 we included the almond processing activity in our company. We select and buy national unhusked almonds , conventional and organic, and we work on husking the almonds for marketing.

We have a large assortment of national almond varieties , which we process with the utmost care to preserve the authentic flavour and quality of the almond, with the aim of meeting the needs of our customers.

History of Druco

In the 1920s, Manuel Hernández, our great-grandfather, began making olive oil using a press and a stone mill pulled by mules.

It was in 1995 when, with the third generation at the helm of the business, the change was made to the current facilities, and with it, a much more mechanized manufacturing system.

Aware of the concern of expanding the activity, the almond splitting and husking line is installed. From this moment on, both activities have the same importance for us.
